Job Description:

As a Qualified Primary School Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, delivering engaging lessons, and ensuring the academic and personal development of your students. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team, committed to providing high-quality education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development.
  • Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school activities.
  • Adhere to school policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Experience teaching in a primary school setting.
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
