Responsibilities:

  • Planning, delivering and creating lessons that align with the National Curriculum and meet the specific needs of your students.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning and encourages students' curiosity.
  • Assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to ensure the holistic development of students.
  • Establishing a supportive and respectful rapport with students to create a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

  • Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and applicable teaching expertise in Key Stage 2.
  • Profound familiarity with the National Curriculum and the capacity to provide high-quality lessons aligned with its goals.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a strong commitment to nurturing both the academic and personal development of students.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to enable effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and creativity in adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
