Primary Teacher Responsibilities:
- Engage and Inspire: Deliver dynamic lessons aligned with the Year 3 curriculum to ignite a passion for learning.
- Assess and Support: Provide tailored support and constructive feedback to foster learner progress.
- Inclusive Environment: Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
- Adaptability: Customise teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs and ensure every child's success.
- Parent Communication: Maintain strong communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and behaviour.
- Emotional Support: Offer essential emotional and social support to enhance student well-being.
Primary Teacher Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Certification: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
- Experience: Previous primary teaching experience, ideally within KS2.
- Curriculum Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Year 3 national curriculum
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using educational technology to enhance learning.
- Safeguarding: Comprehensive knowledge of child safeguarding and welfare practices.
