Experience Required: SEN experience
Qualification Required: Level 2 TA (minimum)

Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN.
- Assist in creating and implementing individualised learning plans.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to support student development.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dedication to creating an inclusive and supportive educational environment.
- UK Drivers Licence
