Job Title: Reception Teacher - September Start

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher to join them starting in September 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the individual needs of Reception students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.
- Implement effective behavior management strategies to ensure a positive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
- Communicate regularly with parents and carers to provide updates on students' progress and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Early Years/Foundation Stage, preferably in a primary school setting.
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices in early years education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching, with a commitment to providing engaging and stimulating learning experiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the wider school community.
