Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator

We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join a secondary school as a Receptionist/Administrator in the beautiful city of Oxford. As the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere within our school community.
- Greet students, parents, and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the appropriate staff members, and take accurate messages when necessary.
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy reception area, creating a positive first impression of the school.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events for staff, parents, and students.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, such as managing student attendance records or updating databases.
