Position Overview: As a SATs Intervention Teacher, you will work closely with students to provide targeted support in preparation for their SATs exams. You will deliver engaging and effective intervention sessions to help students strengthen their skills and build confidence in key subject areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions to small groups of students.
  • Identify areas of improvement and tailor interventions to meet individual student needs.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers to align intervention activities with curriculum objectives.
  • Provide regular feedback to students and communicate progress to parents and school staff.

Requirements:

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) with experience teaching primary-aged students.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and SATs assessment process.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective interventions and improving student outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
