Job Description: As a School Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's administrative needs. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who can handle various administrative tasks, has experience in a similar role, and is willing to travel as required. In this position, you will be the backbone of our administrative team, ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional service to our staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain school records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of school communications.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to school staff and faculty.
  • Assist with data entry and reporting tasks.
  • Handle phone calls and inquiries from parents, students, and staff.
  • Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is essential.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for school-related tasks.
