We are working with a selective school based in Dover who are seeking a teacher of science to join immediately, the science department consists of 7 teachers. It is a very well-resourced school that has stood for over 100 years, they were graded good by Ofsted in their most recent inspection.

Recently they've had an ECT join who is no longer keen on teaching therefore is looking to leave, the successful applicant will start ASAP however there is flexibility regarding start date.

What is expected of you?

They are looking to appoint a teacher of science who will deliver can deliver all 3 sciences to key stages three and four, as there is a sixth form on site the opportunity to teach KS5 is available.

The person appointed will be expected to make a significant contribution to the academic, moral and cultural well-being of students. Applications are welcome from established teachers especially those with a proven track record of success and NQTs seeking their first teaching post within a school.
