As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching at Key Stage 5 depending on experience. You will play a key role in fostering a love for science, encouraging curiosity, and ensuring that all students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging science lessons tailored to a range of learning abilities.
  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and the wider school community.
  • Maintain high standards of teaching and classroom management.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, training, and professional development.

Requirements - To be successful in this Science Teacher role, you must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
  • Recent experience teaching science within a UK secondary school setting.
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one).
  • A passion for science and a commitment to student success.
