Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification.
- Minimum of 6 months of teaching experience within a UK educational setting, preferably in English language and literature.
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language, literature, and literacy development.
- Ability to engage and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to enhancing teaching practice and student outcomes.
- Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain) and compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
