Dunbar Education, a leading recruitment agency in the education sector, is seeking a dedicated SEN 1:1 Support for a nursery in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with suspected ASD and a background in behavior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support to a child with suspected ASD in a nursery setting.
- Assist in implementing individualised education plans and behavior management strategies.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate effectively with nursery staff and SEN coordinators.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children with SEN, particularly those with suspected ASD.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
- Full enhanced DBS on the update service is non-negotiable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
