Are you a dedicated and experienced Special Education Needs Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? We have an immediate opening at a Primary school in Wellingborough, and we want you to join!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with Special Education Needs (SEN) in various classroom settings.
- Assist in implementing EHCP's.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and SENCO to meet the individual needs of students.
- Monitor and record student progress, offering feedback to teachers and parents.
- Encourage independence and self-confidence in SEN students.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with SEN students in a school setting is essential.
- Relevant qualifications in Special Education or Teaching Assistance are highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting SEN students.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and parents.
