Job Description:
As a SEN Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to students with a range of special educational needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting students with their daily routines, including personal care, hygiene, and mealtime support.
- Supporting students with their learning and therapeutic activities.
- Creating a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive.
- Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to implement individualized education and care plans.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Requirements:
