SEN English Teacher - Bedfordshire

Dunbar Education are currently working with an SEN Ofsted 'Good' School based in Bedford, who are seeking to appoint an SEN English Teacher to young people with ASC. The ratio of staff to children is almost 1-1.

Dunbar Education are currently working with a SEN School, who are seeking a SEN Teacher who is able to teach with the below learning difficulties. The specialist school educates children with communication and interaction difficulties up to the age of 19 years.

This secondary school caters for students with speech and language communication needs, specific learning difficulties, moderate learning difficulties and communication and interaction difficulties.

The Head Teacher is happy to consider either experienced or newly qualified teachers. You will be an energetic and self-motivated teacher with sound organisational and administrative skills. Somebody who thrives on enabling each and every young person to unlock their true potential, you will take particular concern for providing the conditions in which pupils exceed expectations.

Must:

  • Be confident in teaching to SEN Children
  • Be a confident and resilient teacher
  • Have Good Behaviour Management Skills
