Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, focusing on their unique learning needs.
  • Utilize interactive learning techniques to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
  • Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials, ensuring they are accessible to students with varying abilities.
  • Facilitate interactive learning activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
  • Promote independence and social interaction among students with SEN.
  • Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students' well-being.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with interactive learning techniques and assistive technologies is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, and understanding approach when working with students.
  • Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards inclusive education.
