Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN, focusing on their unique learning needs.
- Utilize interactive learning techniques to enhance student engagement and comprehension.
- Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
- Assist in the preparation and adaptation of teaching materials, ensuring they are accessible to students with varying abilities.
- Facilitate interactive learning activities, both in groups and on a one-to-one basis.
- Promote independence and social interaction among students with SEN.
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents/guardians.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, ensuring students' well-being.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with interactive learning techniques and assistive technologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, compassionate, and understanding approach when working with students.
- Ability to adapt and differentiate teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards inclusive education.
