A school based in Corby is looking for an outgoing SEN Teaching Assistant to provide support for a pupils in Autism and Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. This will be a full time, ongoing role with the opportunity for a permanent contract.

As the successful SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting the pupils both within the classroom and within an individual learning area. You will work closely with the class teacher to support the pupil with their learning, social development and behaviour.

You will be confident in building a positive rapport with the pupil, managing their triggers and de-escalating behaviour. The pupil has low academic abilities so you will be fundamental in raising attainment.
