- Provide one-on-one or small group support to individuals with special educational needs.
- Implement personalized education plans tailored to the specific needs of each individual.
- Assist in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies.
- Monitor and track progress, documenting observations and providing feedback.
- Promote independence, social interaction, and positive behavior.
- Attend and actively participate in meetings and training sessions related to special educational needs.
- Maintain regular communication with parents, guardians, and other relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with individuals with special educational needs is preferred.
- Knowledge of different special educational needs and relevant support strategies.
