Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee child-initiated activities that foster learning, development, and creativity.
- Provide guidance and support to children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and active participation.

- Collaborate with a team of educators and professionals to create and implement personalized education plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of each child, adjusting teaching strategies to meet their unique needs and abilities.
- Establish effective communication channels with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including observations, assessments, and reports.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field such as Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Teaching certification with a focus on SEN
- Demonstrated experience in planning and overseeing child-initiated activities within an educational setting.
- Thorough understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their holistic development.
- Knowledge of special educational needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly would be advantageous.
