We are currently seeking highly dedicated and passionate SEN Teachers and SEN Teaching Assistants to join our dynamic team. Position: SEN Teacher/SEN Teaching Assistant

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full-time only

Responsibilities for SEN Teachers:

  • Create and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor progress.
  • Adapt teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Collaborate with other teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
  • Provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive classroom environment.

Requirements for SEN Teachers:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in teaching or supporting individuals with SEN.
  • Qualified Teachers must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
  • Experience working with students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support diverse needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with special educational needs.

Responsibilities for SEN Teaching Assistants:

  • Provide support to teachers in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Assist students with their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and parents to ensure consistent support and progress monitoring.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistants:

  • Experience working with students with special educational needs would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patient, compassionate, and empathetic approach.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the individual needs of students.

All candidates must be DBS checked or willing to obtain one before commencing employment.
