We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join our special needs school based in Wellingborough.
We require staff members with an extensive background in SEN (special educational needs) who have a clear understanding of how to meet the needs of our diverse range of students.
The role requires Teaching Assistants who are passionate about SEN and can bring the necessary dedication and patience that is required to excel in such a role. A confident individual who can inspire and motivate our students in a calm and positive environment would be essential.
The successful candidate should have experience of working in SEN schools and will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members. An awareness of different SEN strategies is preferred.
The successful applicant must be available to start work ASAP, with long-term working opportunities available.
