  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to SEN students in various classroom activities.
  • Assist classroom teachers in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) and adapting materials to suit students' needs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and maintain effective communication channels.


  • Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to contribute to the development of SEN students.
  • Ability to adapt to different learning styles and needs, ensuring each student's progress.
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in education or SEN support are a plus.
