We are recruiting a Social Science Teacher, for an immediate start. ECTs will be considered for an immediate or September start.
Responsibilities include:
- Tailoring instruction to meet the educational requirements of students, involves creating and assessing assignments conducted within the school.
- Generating assessments, reports, and references for both individual students and groups to provide comprehensive insights into their academic progress.
- Guaranteeing a superior learning experience for students, adhering to both internal and external quality standards to ensure educational excellence.
- Actively engaging in the school's staff development programme by participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Coordinating with the designated Pastoral Leader to actively contribute to the implementation of the school's pastoral system and ensure a supportive environment for students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the U.K.
- Specialism in Social Sciences.
- Proven experience teaching Social Sciences in U.K. secondary schools.
- Ability to set and maintain high standards of student achievement.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
