Requirements: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Biology or Physics and scientific inquiry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support colleagues.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
