The successful applicant for the position of Subject Leader of Physics must have excellent teaching skills, an understanding of the subject matter, strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and engage students. They should have the capability to manage, plan and lead the curriculum with creative and effective teaching strategies to enable successful outcomes.
The Subject Leader must also know current trends and national curriculum requirements, and have a working understanding of student data, with the ability to analyze, plan and track student performance, providing interventions where needed.
The successful applicant will receive a salary of MPS/UPS + TLR2 - £3,017. This is a permanent post, starting September 2023, and based in the beautiful location of Richmond.
