Dunbar Education is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Supply Geography Teacher on behalf of our client, a secondary school in Bourne End, South Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or an unqualified teacher with relevant experience in the UK to make a significant impact on students' educational journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and prepare high-quality teaching materials that cater to a range of abilities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is preferred, but candidates with unqualified teacher experience in the UK will also be considered.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography.
- Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
