Responsibilities:

- Assessing and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to ensure the holistic development of students.
- Establishing a supportive and respectful rapport with students to create a safe and conducive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Possession of Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and applicable teaching expertise in KS1 or KS2
- Profound familiarity with the National Curriculum and the capacity to provide high-quality lessons aligned with its goals.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and a strong commitment to nurturing both the academic and personal development of students.
- Exceptional communication abilities to enable effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and creativity in adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
