We are currently recruiting for an experienced Supply Teacher to join a dynamic team in a Secondary school in Northampton. The successful candidate will be paid a competitive salary of between £120-£160 per day.
The role includes:
- Covering classes in the absence of the main teacher
- Working with students across all key stages (11-16)
- Planning, preparing and delivering lessons
- Marking and assessing work
- Providing guidance to students.
The ideal candidate will have previous teaching experience, good subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills and excellent communication skills. You must be flexible, reliable and well-organised, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping children reach their full potential. Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this position.
