About Us: Dunbar Education is a recruitment agency dedicated to finding support staff in a thriving Special Educational Needs (SEN) school committed to providing exceptional support and education to children with diverse needs. We are looking for a passionate Support Worker to help our students reach their full potential.

No experience required - Full training and ongoing support provided

Job Description/Duties:

As a Support Worker in our SEN school, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of our students. Your responsibilities will include:

- Assist children with ADHD, ASD, complex needs, brain injuries, physical impairments, and cerebral palsy with personal care, including toileting, dressing, and maintaining hygiene.

- Support medical needs and participate in therapies such as rebound therapy and hydrotherapy.

- Engage with sensory activities and rooms dedicated to art, music, and more.

- Encourage independence by helping with site enterprise activities, shopping trips, forestry lessons, and social outings.
