TA's for SEN School

Job Description

We are working with an SEN School based in Reading. The School age from students aged 4 to 19 with varying levels of dependence. They are currently looking for Teaching Assistants (TA) to support their Head Learning Support Assistants (HLSAs) and teachers, starting as soon as possible.
The ideal candidate must be able to provide guidance, feedback, and support to HLSAs and teachers, as well as deliver various learning and developmental activities to individual and small groups of students. They must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with special educational needs.
The TA's will be responsible for monitoring and assessing students' learning and behavior, working collaboratively with teachers and staff to develop programs that are tailored to individual students' needs.

-Start ASAP

-Pay £80

-Full time

-Responsibilities including 1:1, group work and classroom assistance to students with SEN

-Working with students with a range of SEN including Autism, ADHD and Dyslexia

The SEN children in this school require a Teaching Assistant who is patient with an understanding of their needs with an open-minded attitude.
