We're looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Teaching Assistants to join our team at our school in Northampton.
The ideal candidate should be excited by the opportunity to work with children in a small group and on a one-on-one basis, both inside and outside the classroom. You will also be working alongside SEN children with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH.
Responsibilities include helping to create and maintain an inviting and interactive learning environment, offering guidance and assistance to pupils, setting and achieving objectives, preparing activities, liaising with teachers and other teaching assistants, and attending meetings.
