Responsibilities:
- Work alongside teachers to establish a thriving classroom environment.
- Offer individual and collective support to children of Primary age.
- Participate in the delivery of lessons, intervention groups and behaviour management.
- Support students in their academic, social and emotional growth.
- Enhance the overall educational journey of children
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for working with young children and nurturing their development.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptability to engage in various contract arrangements, including day-to-day, short-term, long-term, or permanent positions.
- Display patience, empathy and a grasp of diverse student requirements.
- Possession of an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or a readiness to undergo the screening.
- Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related capacity is advantageous, though not essentual.
