Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside teachers to establish a favorable and thriving educational setting.
  • Offer individual and collective support to children of various ages.
  • Participate in the delivery of lessons, interactive tasks, and classroom supervision.
  • Support students in their social and emotional growth.
  • Enhance the overall educational journey of children

Requirements:

  • Enthusiasm for working with young children and nurturing their development.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability to engage in various contract arrangements, including day-to-day, short-term, long-term, or permanent positions.
  • Display patience, empathy, and a grasp of diverse student requirements.
  • Possession of an Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or a readiness to undergo the screening.
  • Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related capacity is advantageous, though not obligatory.
