We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has Experience: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant.
- Is Knowledgeable: Basic understanding of child development and effective support strategies.
- Supports SEN: Ability to provide 1:1 support to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
- Is a Team Player: Strong ability to work collaboratively.
- Communicates Well: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Is Empathetic: Skilled in listening and providing interventions to help pupils build confidence and self-esteem.
Important:
A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection is crucial for this role. Successful applicants must pass all background safer recruitment checks, including an enhanced DBS on the update service.
