Teaching Assistant:

Responsibilities:
- Work together with educators to support the execution of lesson plans and educational tasks.
- Aid in conducting captivating lessons that cater to each student's requirements.
- Supply individualized aid to students in need, either individually or in small groups.
- Support students in their personal and social advancement, fostering positive relationships and endorsing positive conduct.
- Assist in overseeing the classroom and supervising students to ensure a secure and safe learning setting.
- Take part in assessing and tracing student advancement, providing necessary feedback to instructors and parents or guardians.
Requirements:
- Experience in the role of a Teaching Assistant or in a comparable educational support role is preferred.
- An enthusiasm for education and a wish to spark inspiration and encouragement in students.
- Outstanding communication and people skills, capable of establishing connections with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
- Being patient, empathetic, and able to adjust teaching methods to suit students' varied requirements.
- Great organizational abilities and effective multitasking skills.
- Dedication to upholding a secure and all-encompassing learning atmosphere.
- Having appropriate education-related qualifications or related background would be beneficial.
