Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Provide assistance to the classroom teacher in managing and engaging students effectively.

- Behaviour Management: Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

- Communication: Maintain open communication with teachers, staff, and parents/guardians regarding student performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school setting.
- Relevant qualifications in education or childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification).
- A warm and supportive approach to working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
