We are currently seeking 2 enthusiastic Teaching Assistants for our partner school in Luton. Our partner Primary School is dedicated to providing quality education and fostering a supportive learning environment for all students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the classroom teacher in delivering lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students who may require additional assistance.
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Supervise students during breaks and outdoor activities.
- Collaborate with the teaching staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role is essential.
- A passion for education and working with children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team.
- Must be available to start ASAP with no notice period.
