A primary school based in Buckingham is recruiting for a specialist Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a KS2 pupil with low functioning Autism.
As the successful Teaching Assistant, you will be fundamental in raising attainment and adapting lessons to suit the child's learning style. By also building a positive rapport, you will be able to effectively manage triggers, de-escalate behaviour and improve the pupil's social skills.
