Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities tailored to the needs of the children.
- Support individual students with their learning and personal development, including those with additional needs.
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote positive behaviour management strategies and encourage independent learning.
- Provide feedback to the class teacher on the progress and well-being of the children.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience or qualifications in early years education
- Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
