Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with educators to assist in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.

- Provide personalized support to students, whether individually or in small groups.
- Promote students' personal and social development, fostering positive relationships and encouraging positive behavior.
- Help maintain classroom order and supervise students to ensure a safe and conducive learning environment.
- Participate in assessing and monitoring student progress, offering essential feedback to teachers and parents or guardians.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational support role is preferred.
- A strong passion for education and a desire to inspire and motivate students.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling the establishment of connections with students, teachers, and parents/guardians.
- Demonstrated patience, empathy, and adaptability in adjusting teaching methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Possession of relevant education-related qualifications or related background would be advantageous.
