Do you have a passion for speech and language and want to make a difference in a young person's life? We are looking for a Teaching Assistant - Speech and Language Specialist to work on a 1:1 basis with a primary school student who has language and speech difficulties.
This is a full time role with the hours being Monday - Friday from 8.30-15.30. The successful candidate will be available to start immediately and commit to working at least until the end of the academic year.
As part of the role, you will assist the student in all their activities, providing guidance and feedback in order to progress with their learning. You must have experience and knowledge of speech and language issues, as well as excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have a patient and kind nature, as well as strong behavioural management.
