We are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to join our schools across Northamptonshire to help with both long-term and day-to-day cover.
Our Teaching Assistants must be passionate about education and making a difference in the classroom, have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate, the willingness to be creative in the classroom, and be committed to maintaining a positive learning environment.
In addition to assisting the teachers, you will provide 1-1 support for pupils in the class, so you must be understanding and have the ability to stay focused during any challenges you may face.
