As the Trust Science Improvement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and leading strategies that drive science excellence from KS3 to KS5. Your duties will include identifying areas for improvement, designing curricula, supporting staff development, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our students receive the highest quality of science education.
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a QTS qualification and possess extensive experience teaching science across all levels. Additionally, you should have a track record of improving science education, be a team player, and possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
