We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teacher to join our team, with the opportunity to gain Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) through our comprehensive training programme.

Role Overview:

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and support to our pupils. You will have the opportunity to cover lessons and support the teaching staff, gaining invaluable hands-on experience while working towards your QTS. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong academic background and experience in a primary school setting, looking to embark on a rewarding career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering lessons and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons
  • Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to create a positive learning environment
  • Participating in professional development opportunities and training sessions

Requirements:

  • A UK degree in any discipline
  • Experience in teaching or covering lessons in a primary school
  • Passion for education and a commitment to the development of young learners
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
