As a pivotal member of our school's leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience and fostering a positive learning environment for our Year 3 students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and support to the Year 3 teaching staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative teaching environment.
- Oversee the development and implementation of the Year 3 curriculum, ensuring it is engaging, effective, and in line with national standards and school objectives.
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic achievement and personal development within the Year 3 cohort.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, maintaining open communication and encouraging a supportive and inclusive school community.
Requirements:
- A qualified teacher with substantial experience teaching Year 3 students.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A thorough understanding of the national curriculum and the ability to implement effective teaching strategies.
