Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Class Teacher to join our passionate team. This role involves teaching a Year 3 class, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring that each child receives an engaging and high-quality education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver inspiring and differentiated lessons that align with the Year 3 curriculum.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the wider school curriculum and activities.
- Engage with parents and caregivers, maintaining open communication regarding students' progress and well-being.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Key Stage 2 or Year 3.
- Sound understanding of the Year 3 curriculum and assessment requirements.
- Ability to create engaging and innovative learning materials tailored to individual student needs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
