About the Role:
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will play a vital role in the academic and personal development of your students. You will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that nurtures curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the national curriculum.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support to help each child achieve their full potential.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to each student's education and well-being.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance your teaching practice.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching Key Stage 2, particularly Year 4, is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies for young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate young children with a patient and caring approach.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.
