We have an amazing opportunity for a Youth Worker to join our team, based in Northampton, starting as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for working with young people. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic individual who is able to interact positively with children, able to listen to their issues, advise them appropriately and ensure their needs are being met.
You will have experience working with vulnerable children in a school environment, as well as have a commitment to keeping up to date with relevant research and resources.
