Dunbar Education are currently recruiting for an experienced 1 to 1 SEN teaching assistant in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build relationships with vulnerable students.
The role involves working closely with a student who has special educational needs on a 1 to 1 basis, ensuring they are supported throughout the school day.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, patient, and confident in providing an engaging and supportive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will be responsible for maintaining close contact with students and their families and communicating progress with other staff members.
