We are recruiting for an experienced 1-to-1 SEN teaching assistant in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate should have the ability to build relationships with vulnerable students.
The role involves working closely with a student who has special educational needs on a 1-to-1 basis, ensuring they are supported throughout the school day.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, patient, and confident in providing an engaging and supportive learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role as you will maintain close contact with students and their families and communicate progress with other staff members.
A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential. We offer a salary between £20,000 - £30,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
